My pre-match preparation begins with a low-carbohydrate breakfast to maintain stable energy levels and avoid early spikes. As match time approaches, I gradually incorporate more carbohydrates to ensure optimal fuel availability for high-intensity performance. Learning how to eat like a professional athlete is an ongoing process, and I am committed to finding the nutritional balance that best supports my game, recovery, and long-term development.
In addition to nutrition, I follow a structured one-hour warm-up routine before each match. This includes targeted mobility work, dynamic movements, and tennis-specific patterns to ensure that every joint and muscle group is fully activated. The goal is to make all movements feel familiar and efficient so that I step onto the court physically prepared and ready to compete at my highest level.
I have also incorporated meditation into my daily preparation. This practice helps reduce stress, sharpen focus, and keep me grounded in the present moment—allowing me to stay centered on my game plan and respond clearly to the demands of a match.
